Daniela Vergara

Erika is a DOJ Accredited Representative and Legal Services Manager for Immigration Legal Services and Assistance Program (ILSA) at the New American Welcome Center (NAWC). She and the ILSA team help immigrants in CU try to obtain legal status. As an immigrant, Erika is deeply committed to providing accessible, high-quality legal services. She believes in treating each client with dignity and compassion in a trauma-informed setting. When Erika isn’t working, she’s either outdoors with her partner and two poodle mix pups or reading a good book.
